Curruculum
The curriculum of the Graduate School of Business is structured as a three-stage program completion system, consisting of core courses, advanced major courses, and project seminars and thesis work. Through case-based and practice-oriented instruction, students develop theoretical foundations and practical competencies in an integrated manner.
- Core Courses
- The core curriculum consists of the MBA Core area (3 required courses selected from 5 offered courses) and the AX Fundamentals area (1 required course selected from 4 offered courses). The MBA Core enables students to build essential foundational knowledge across key management disciplines, thereby establishing a solid academic base for the advanced specialization tracks. The AX Fundamentals area develops an understanding of management in the digital era and knowledge of tool utilization.
- Advanced Courses
- The advanced curriculum is composed of four specialization tracks—Finance, Accounting, and Taxation; Marketing; MIS and OM; and Management—along with an AX Advanced area. Through these specialization tracks, students acquire in-depth expertise in specific management fields while integrating AI and big data-based practical applications. This structure strengthens both managerial practicality and digital transformation competencies across diverse business domains.
- Project Seminars and Thesis
- For the master’s program, students may earn their degree by completing the required project seminar and fulfilling graduation credit requirements, without the submission of a master’s thesis. For the integrated master’s–doctoral program and the doctoral program, degrees are awarded upon completion of required credits, successful thesis supervision, and submission and approval of the doctoral dissertation.
