Attendance

Attendance is recorded based on completing all lecture content posted weekly or per session in the course-specific online classroom.

Lecture Times

Lectures begin at 12 PM every Monday of each week.

Attendance Credit

Attendance credit is granted when all videos for the week are completed, marked as “O.”
Completion requires 100% attendance time.

• The attendance recognition period lasts up to two weeks from the lecture start date of the relevant week. (For regular semesters, this period may be extended for weeks involving course registration adjustments.)
• For Week 14 of the regular semester and Week 4 of the seasonal semester, attendance recognition is granted until midnight of the final exam period end date.

Late Registration

If course completion occurs after the attendance recognition period, it will be marked as “△,” indicating late registration. For late registrations, only 50% of the attendance points for that session will be credited.

Absence

Failure to complete the course is recorded as an absence and marked with an “X.”

F Grade for Insufficient Attendance

Students absent for more than one-quarter of total lecture weeks will receive an F grade.

Attendance Recognition Request

• Attendance may be recognized only if valid supporting documentation is submitted for unavoidable reasons, such as military service..
• Requests for attendance recognition covering one-fourth or more of the total lecture sessions in a semester will not be approved.
