Google Workspace Service Overview

Google Workspace for Education provides flexible and secure tools designed to support collaboration (document writing, cloud drive), communication (email, chat, video conferencing), and academic activities (Classting). The university encourages all enrolled students to make full use of Google’s diverse services to enhance their learning experience.

Key Features
  • Google email accounts provided with the school domain (e.g., cuk@koreacu.ac.kr)
  • Google Drive for secure online file storage and sharing
  • Collaboration tools including Google Meet and Chat for video conferencing and messaging
  • Office tools for real-time online co-editing (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, presentation))
  • Survey tools to create and conduct online polls
  • Google Sites for easy creation of responsive websites
  • Google Photos for automatic backup and organization of smartphone photos

After receiving your Google Workspace account, you can log in at google.com using your university email address.

Eligibility

Current students, including those on leave, and graduates are eligible to use Google Workspace. (Note: Graduates may experience certain usage restrictions depending on service policies.)

Important Notes
  • When your Google Mail account is created, all notifications related to the school will be sent to this address.
  • If you prefer not to use your school email or wish to receive notifications via a personal email, please register your personal email as the default address in the personal information modification menu.
  • Google storage is offered as follows: up to 10GB for current students (including those on leave) and up to 5GB for graduates.
