Academic Year The academic year refers to the period of study required for graduation, set at 4 years (8 semesters). Students with a GPA of 4.0 or higher who meet graduation requirements may graduate early by shortening their studies by one or two semesters.
Enrollment Period This refers to the time a student can maintain their status at the university. There is no limit to the maximum enrollment period.

Academic Year The academic year runs from March 1 to the end of February of the following year.
Semester The academic year is divided into two semesters, with a separate summer session.
Classes may begin up to two weeks (14 days) before the official semester start date.
  • First Semester: March 1 to August 31
  • Second Semester: September 1 to the end of February of the following year
Number of Instructional Days Each regular semester consists of 15 weeks of instruction.
Application Procedure

You must log in with your certificate to enroll in courses and take exams.

  • Course
    Registration

    • Complete course registration within the designated registration period.
    • Consider your academic plan, course schedule, and minimum graduation credits required by your department (major/general education) when applying.
  • Class
    Participation

    • Attend lectures and utilize lecture notes and audio lectures (some subjects may not offer audio lectures).
    • Participate in ongoing assessments such as quizzes, reports, and team projects.
    • Take midterm and final exams, which may be online or include reports depending on the course.
    • Engage in learning activities including Q&A, discussion rooms, resource libraries, and bulletin boards.
  • Class
    Participation

    • Evaluation Components: Attendance, reports, midterm and final exams, quizzes, learning activities, team projects, and other practical training as applicable.
    • The specific components and their weighting ratios vary by course and can be found in the course syllabus.
  • Final Grades

    • Final grades are announced following the completion of school and course evaluations.
    • Students may request grade adjustments from instructors during the designated grade appeal period if necessary.
