Evaluation (Attendance/Exams/Grades)

Midterm/Final Exams
  • Regular assessments conducted according to the university's academic calendar.
  • Students must take midterm and/or final exams if specified as evaluation methods in the syllabus.
Assessment Type
  • Assessments include online exams or assignments designed to measure students' achievement of course objectives..
Regular Assessments
  • Midterm exams are held in Week 8, and final exams are in Week 15.
  • Please check the exam schedule when registering for courses.
Online exams

Exam Methods
  • Simultaneous Exam: Taken at a set start time and ends simultaneously for all students.Example: May 12, 10 AM–11 AM
  • Non-Simultaneous Exam: Taken at any time within a designated time window.Example: May 12, 9 AM–9 PM
Examination Format
  • The order of questions and answer choices is randomized for each student

Each student may take the online test only once, and no further attempts or changes are allowed after completion.

Assignments

Assignments Methods
  • Submit a report, essay, practical project, or other assignment on a topic determined by the professor.
    (e.g., May 12–May 19)
Additional Evaluation
  • If a student is unable to take the regular evaluation due to unavoidable circumstances, they must submit a make-up test along with supporting documentation.
  • Additional evaluations may be taken only with the professor's approval.
Learning activities
  • earning activities include quizzes, discussions, and reports, and are conducted according to the professor's course plan.
Report
  • Upon assignment of a report, students are required to confirm the designated topic and submit the completed file to the report submission room within the specified deadline.
    In some practice-based courses, offline submission methods (e.g., postal mail) may be required due to the nature of the subject.
Quiz
  • Quizzes may or may not be assigned depending on the course, and when available, they will appear in the quiz menu.
  • Each quiz has a designated time period for participation, and students must complete it within that period. (Only one attempt is allowed.)
  • To take a quiz, click on the "Take Quiz" button when it is available. Once completed successfully, the status will be marked as "Completed."
Discussion
  • Discussion topics will be presented in the course discussion board according to the instructor's syllabus, and students are expected to participate during the designated period.
  • Students can join the discussion by clicking the discussion board module registered in the classroom.
Additional learning activities
  • Students can exchange learning-related opinions and information with the instructor and fellow classmates through the course Q&A, one-on-one consultation board, general bulletin board, and resource center.
