The MBA program aims to develop professionals who can acquire, apply, and integrate management knowledge to perform effectively as highly competent practitioners in the field. The DBA program, in contrast, combines extensive professional experience with rigorous academic research to generate new knowledge and cultivate top-level interdisciplinary research leaders who drive innovation in both academia and industry.

  • MBA

    The MBA is a practice-oriented graduate management program that awards the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Its curriculum is designed to strengthen practitioner competencies by enabling students to apply core management theories in conjunction with data-driven and AI-based practical management methodologies. The program is offered as a master’s degree program.

  • DBA

    The DBA is an advanced, doctoral-level management program that awards the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree. It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary research leaders who can transform extensive professional experience into scholarly research and contribute to management innovation and the creation of original, practice-informed knowledge through a structured doctoral research process. The program is offered both as a doctoral program and as an integrated master’s–doctoral program.

In today’s rapidly changing socio-economic environment and amid accelerating global transformation, modern managers must possess high-level analytical and decision-making capabilities. Achieving this requires the continuous acquisition of diverse information and knowledge, as well as the ability to apply systematic and scientific approaches throughout the problem-solving process. These environmental changes have highlighted data-driven thinking and analytical competence as core requirements for improving the accuracy and efficiency of managerial decision-making.
In response to these evolving demands, Korea Cyber University Graduate School of Business has introduced an educational framework that integrates AI and big data into a rigorous and well-established MBA curriculum. Learners build on foundational management theories and practical skills while engaging in AX (AI Transformation)-centered learning. Through this process, they systematically explore how to strategically apply AI technologies across corporate business models, operational processes, and management systems to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
The major consists of the following tracks: Finance, Accounting, and Taxation; Marketing; MIS and OM (Management Information Systems and Operations Management); and Business Management. Each track is designed in a step-by-step progression from foundational to advanced coursework, enabling learners to acquire professional management knowledge in a structured and efficient manner.

In addition, the program offers a wide range of customized academic support and professional support initiatives, including the Business Insight Lecture Series featuring industry experts, a Business Professionals Forum, thesis and dissertation writing support programs, collaborative group study opportunities, and a faculty–student mentoring system. These initiatives are designed to help students develop research competencies and practical managerial skills in a balanced and integrated way.
