"Cultivate a professional IT workforce through industry-academic cooperation"
The Software Engineering aims to cultivate the professional IT workforce needed by both the nation and society by nurturing future talents with application capabilities in the field based on basic theories rather than a simple focus on skills in the IT sector. The department’s curriculum is subdivided into three majors: Computer Systems, Communication Networks, and Software. It presents an efficient and basic roadmap for the learning direction of each study. Furthermore, the department provides an advanced learning environment based on education content developed in collaboration with Samsung SDS and Microsoft Korea where students can build creative and practical abilities as engineers.
